I had to leave a life to heal. The plan was to stay active by doing something, i found art again and got into a process of a doing.. learning method. experimenting, trying more doing more. consciously or unconsciously. combining elements creating unique art. I created a routine and process to keep my fears and anxiety from being a disabling condition to a motivational effect.
i kept disciplined tried more to heal and evolve artistically, physically and mentally. I produced a visual style and discovered a path to an economical and practical growth. The power of anxieties and fears had disabled me. now it has enabled me to bring color, beauty, well-being for all to treasure.
visual art is my purpose and my way to heal my Anxieties and mental health. My art is a endless process of therapy to heal my past present and future.
Now the world will see hear, read, and i will always feel high anxiety, fear and judgement.
Difficulties of learning is frustrating. the more i tried to listen and do, it just got harder. I listened looked and created everyday. weeks turned into months and i started see and hear. Trying and doing was the key too keep it simple and cost effective. i started to experiment, not only to see my ideas in my mind but in my hands. I had to create and make to understand more. I made mistakes but i also found answers to the solution.
Nothing was easy until i heard, did, learnt and found many answers truths and mistakes. art is about doing more writing, drawing, painting, consuming, audio and visual.
the creative mistake is a truth manifest. the fear to except something so simple that looks so complex. i try not to question the method because end result is magical. if in doubt reproduce.. repeat the process and method of doing experimenting will reveal inspire motivate. The true short cut is to do, try, learn, create, make, start. time is long or short. mindset, hours, days, weeks, months, years. art is past present now.
